Started out the day with swedish breakfast at Espresso House with my sister. Scones, chai latte and new clothes. Perfect way to start a thursday. My days have been super busy so far, but a fun type of busy. Friends and family are the only things on my “To Do List” for november/december. Love it!
Some wonderful pictures from my first couple of days here in Santa Barbara, CA. Totally amazing! I have not been lucky with the weather however.. but I still succeeded to take some nice photos, right?

Wednesday morning started like this, I had some girl friends over and I had prepared a big girly lunch. I started out with not that much fun things in the fridge, but with some creativity and ideas I ended up with a whole table full of goodies.
An easy and pretty thing to do, is to serve juice in a pretty wine/champagne/drink glass. As well for yoghurt, Instead of a bowl, use a glass and look how much better it looks. I am mostly proud of my scones, that I baked 30 minuter before my guest came, super easy!
Healthy Breakfast Scones
3 x 3/4 cup flour • 3 dl mjöl
2 tsp baking powder • 2 tsk bak pulver
1/4 cup butter • 50 gram smör
2 cups cottage cheese • 250 gram keso
Put oven on 480°F (250°C) and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking powder and a little bit salt in a big bowl. Then add the butter, and finally stir in the cottage cheese. (I added some crushed almonds in the dough, but you can put whatever you want, or nothing) Mixture until large dough clumps form. Use your hands to press the dough against the bowl into a ball. Place on a slightly floured surface and cut up small pieces and form your scones. Sprinkle with some oats on the top, and place on cookie sheet and put in oven for 15 minutes. (I formed 8 “medium” scones, and they were perfect)
I am back home, in Pittsburgh. I had an amazing weekend, hope you guys had too! I am back on track, and this is how my tuesday will start. I haven’t been to the gym for three days, and I am looking for a sweaty workout! Not many days left before I head to the west coast, so much things needs to be taken care of, but I will do my best to keep this blog alive meanwhile. While I am at the gym, I’ll motivate you with this fun collage. #Get your mind straight, you can do it too!

I spent most of my hours at the gym, and I loved it! I have closed my account since I am leaving soon, so of course I want to use it as much as possible now, am I right?
Get inspired by the outside, and then create looks after the colors, temperatures and coziness. The Collage above fulfills everything about fall, at least for me.
