Just got back from the gym. I had one of those days where I really didn’t feel like it, but I know that the feeling you get after a workout, is the best feeling in the world. So I packed my bag, and went to the gym. And now, here I am – So Happy I did it! 
Why does it have to be so hard? If you love the feeling afterwards, I guess we’ll just have to get through it, there is no other way. Do you guys ever feel like that? 

So if the sun is shining outside your window, go out for a walk/run/bikeride. If it is cold & rainy – go to the gym, call your gym buddy and make something fun out of it. LET’S DO THIS!
