Some of my favorite foods are avocados, raspberries and mozzarella. Smoothies are my absolute favorite, cause you can make it however you want, with whatever you have.
Sometimes I wish I had a personal Chef (count count my mom in there) I mean, lets be honest here – all the celebs, and their “perfect” bodies are just that – perfect because of all the help they have, personal trainer, personal chef…

But we can be our own personal chef. And it doesn’t have to be hard or boring. If you stack your fridge with healthy delicious stuff, you will feel better and look even healthier. Put some music on, get some friends together and have a stay-in-night with cooking, dancing and laughing.
