Plank/Push ups/Side plank/Butt raises

My 4 favorites. Abs & Butt, anywhere anytime!

The best part – you don’t have to be at the gym, you can do it at home, at a friends house, at the hotel on your weekend trip away from home.
Turn on the TV/ put a movie on, and it won’t be as hard as you think. Your brain isn’t that smart you know, if you focus on something else, your body can work more and harder. So, sunday are usually our lazy days. So, no you don’t have to drag your body to the gym – now you can do some Abs/butt exercises at home.

Keep the plank positions as long as you can, once it get tough – stay a little bit longer! You can do it.
Push ups – do as many as possible, once tired – keep a break standing in the push-up position!
Butt raises are my favorite butt exercises right now. Works so good and takes no effort!
