What you need: A Deck of cards

So, I got this idea the other day. It can be done anywhere, you just need a deck of cards and a body that wants to burn!
Red cards = Push Ups, Black Cards = Sit Ups. 
Start low, maybe 5 reps per card. Draw a card, and down on the floor right away! Then keep on going, as far as you can! Take a small break when your really need to, but try to push yourself as far as possible. Do it in front of your favorite TV-show or put some uptempo music on. Check the clock and time yourself.
