What better way to start a morning, than with a ‘Perfect Breakfast in Bed’
Treat yourself with a healthy and delicious breakfast in bed, with your favorite magazines and some candles. You cannot wish for a better start in the day. 

My ‘Perfect Breakfast’ today was:

Oatmeal with Fruit, Whole Grain sandwich & Smoothie.
Instead of eating boring old plain oatmeal, i put nuts & cinnamon + a lot of sliced fruit pieces on mine. I absolutely love it!
The Sandwich makes me think of home, my mom used to make these kind of sandwiches for me.
And the smoothie is super fresh, delicious & simple.
I used 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries, 8 grapes, 1/2 nectarine. Mix it in a mixer, and drink!
