PROTEIN – BOMB – SHAKE

I don’t care if it’s weekend or not – Get your lazy butt of the couch!

1. Go the the gym, Give yourself a hard workout, and sweat like there is no tomorrow.
1. Stick till gymmet, ge dig själv ett hårt pass, och svettas som om idag var din sista dag. 

2. Make your Protein-bomb-shake. 
You need : Du behöver :
* Almond / Coconut Milk / Soy Milk Mandel/Soja Mjölk
* Protein Powder Protein Pulver
* Peanut butter Jordnötssmör
* Broccoli / Spinach Broccoli / Spenat
* Frozen fruit ( I went with Blueberries) Frysta bär (jag valde blåbär)

(You can hardly taste the Broccoli since the peanut butter taste is so big. But why not put some extra healty stuff in there, if you can’t taste it anyway?)
(Man kan knappt smaka av broccolin eftersom jordnötssmöret har en väldigt dominerande smal. Men varför inte slänga i lite extra nyttigheter om man ändå inte kan smaka de?)

3. How much do you need?
1 cup – of the chosen milk / 2, 1/3 dl – Vald mjölk
1 scoop – Protein Powder / 1 skopa – Protein pulver
1 tablespoon – Peanut butter / 1 matsked – Jordnötssmör
3/4 cup – Broccoli / 1,8 dl – Broccoli
1/2 cup – Frozen fruit / 1,2 dl – Frysta bär

4. Pour, Serve & Enjoy!
